Terms
Prices
Prices on the site are starting prices and not a public offer. The final price, scope and dates are set in a written proposal.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise: 50% to start, 50% before handover. Subscriptions are paid monthly in advance.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions on video. On websites and software, changes within the agreed scope during weekly demos.
Rights
After full payment, the client owns the final deliverables and the code written for the project. We may show the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Liability
We are responsible for doing the agreed work with care. Ad platforms, hosting and third-party services are governed by their own terms.
